Segmented Ball Valves
Segment valve is quarter turn control valve mainly recommended for throttle service. Segment ball valve combines globe valve control with the efficiency of a rotary ball valve. Segment Ball is in V-notch design with strong cutting force and self-cleanness. Especially suitable for control of medium containing tiny solids. Segment ball valve was from pulp and paper industry. By research and development segment ball valve is extend to other industrial such as petroleum, chemical, and power.

Ball Valves
• Trunnion mounted ball valves for demanding on/off and control applications. Trunnion ball valve series incorporates several decade experience of metal-to-metal seat technology, application based seat selection and overall robust construction.
• Seat supported ball valves incorporate robust stem to ball connection. This assures valves are delivering solid long lasting performance in high cycle isolation and control applications. Application based seat selection assures valves are capable of delivering long lasting tightness even in most demanding applications including abrasive fluids and solids handling.

Butterfly Valves
High Performance Butterfly valves offer rugged construction and tight shutoff for applications where a standard butterfly isn’t sufficient. The double offset design provides reliable operation through a wider temperature range, higher flow rates, and increased solids content, than a standard butterfly could withstand.

Triple Ecentric Design
Knife Gate Valves
Knife gate valves are linear shut off valves that are light weight with compact construction. Valves are available as manual with handwheel, or can be automated with pneumatic cylinder actuator for remote operation. The arc shape of the gate of our knife gate valve is designed to be particularly suitable for cutting off fluid containing fibre suspended particles, so the knife gate valves are ideal for many applications in the process industries of Pulp & Paper, Wastewater Treatment, Mining, Sugar Making and Chemical Processing.
Maintenance/Services
We service all control valves including any type of on/off valve according to ANSI standards.
We also provide on-site support were we assist with various valves, actuator, positioners and general piping installations/maintenance.
Stainless steel bracket for various valve, actuator and positioners are designed as required.
Predictive maintenance with use of smart positioners. Control Valve Solutions can download diagnostics with a predictive maintenance strategy to reduce production interruptions and down time.
